Sacked in the Morning · Club Sim
Effective 20 August 2026 Last updated 20 August 2026
The short version

The game runs on your phone. It does not ask who you are, and we do not collect personal information about you.

1Who we are

Sacked in the Morning: Club Sim ("the game", "the app") is published by Loyalty Apps Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in [ENGLAND & WALES] under company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED ADDRESS].

For any question about this policy or about your data, email hello@loyalty-apps.com.

For UK and EU data protection law, Loyalty Apps Ltd is the data controller for the limited processing described below.

2What stays on your device

Almost everything. The game is fully playable offline and stores its state locally using your device's standard app storage.

That local data includes:

We cannot see any of it. It is not uploaded to us, and deleting the app deletes it. Depending on your device settings, this data may be included in your own iCloud or Google device backup — that backup is under your control and your platform's privacy policy, not ours.

3The Daily Fixture leaderboard

The Daily Fixture is the one optional online feature. If you choose to submit a score, the following is sent to our leaderboard service:

That's the whole submission. It carries no account, no email address, no device identifier and no location. If you never submit a score, nothing is ever sent.

Our lawful basis for this processing is your consent, given by choosing to submit, and our legitimate interest in preventing cheated scores. Leaderboard entries are hosted by Supabase Inc.

Removing an entry

Email hello@loyalty-apps.com with the handle and the date, and we'll delete it. Because entries are anonymous, we may be unable to verify who submitted a given handle — we will act on a reasonable request rather than ask you to prove anything.

4What we do not do

5Purchases and sharing

If the game offers a one-off unlock, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see or receive your card details, billing address or payment credentials — we only learn from the store whether the unlock is active. Those transactions are governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.

When you tap Share on a back page or a career record, your device's own share sheet takes over. What happens next — which app you send it to, and what that app does with it — is between you and that app.

6Who processes data on our behalf

ServiceWhat for, and what it sees
Supabase Inc. Hosts the Daily Fixture leaderboard. Sees only submitted handles, weeks survived, the fixture date and seed, and the replay log.
Apple, Google Distribute the app and process any purchase. They may collect their own data under their own policies, including crash reports you opt into at the OS level.
Google Fonts Serves the typefaces on this website only. Not used inside the game — the app bundles its fonts.

We do not sell, rent or trade data to anyone, and we have no advertising or data-broker relationships. We would disclose information only if legally required to, and only what the law required.

7Where data is held, and for how long

Leaderboard entries may be stored on servers outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in our agreement with the provider.

Daily Fixture entries are kept for 90 days and then deleted. Support emails you send us are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up, then deleted. Nothing else is retained, because nothing else is collected.

8Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and because the app collects no personal information from anyone, none is knowingly collected from a child. If you believe a child has submitted a leaderboard handle that identifies them, email us and we'll remove it.

9Your rights

If you are in the UK or the EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to data portability. If you are in California, you have the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing — and we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

In practice there is very little to exercise these rights over: the only data we hold that could relate to you is a leaderboard entry you chose to submit. Email hello@loyalty-apps.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

To delete everything else, delete the app — that removes your save, your career record and your settings from the device.

If you are unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local supervisory authority in the EEA.

10Security

Leaderboard submissions travel over encrypted HTTPS connections and are stored with access controls limited to the people who maintain the service. No system is perfectly secure, but the honest mitigation here is that we hold almost nothing worth stealing.

11Changes to this policy

If we add a feature that changes what data is involved — advertising, an account system, analytics — we will update this policy, change the "last updated" date above, and tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated policy.
